Ingredients
500g pork ribs
Soy sauce
Sugar
Red wine vinegar
Chives
Star anise
Ginger
Vegetable oil
Directions
1. Chop the ribs into individual pieces
2. Place the ribs, chive chops, ginger slices, and star anise into a pot and cover with water.
3. After boiling on high heat, turn to low heat and cook until the ribs are soft, then drain well.
4. Add chive, ginger, soy sauce, sugar, water and ribs; cover the pot and cook until the ribs are cooked very soft, add red vinegar and reduce until the sauce is thick, then plate.
