2021欧洲猪肉厨艺大赛决赛,于一月七日在广州成功落下帷幕。此前第三轮预赛也同样在广州举办,10位来自不同五星级酒店和知名餐厅的资深厨师同场竞技。
参赛选手们从来自西班牙和葡萄牙猪肉:五花肉,梅花肉,肋排,里脊中选择其中一种,经过一个小时的精心烹调,最终呈现给裁判和观众精致美味的佳肴:
