Ingredients
800g pork tenderloin
1kg apples (preferably golden reinette)
1 tablespoon rosemary
1 tablespoon thyme
Olive oil
Black pepper
Salt
Directions
- Preheat the oven to 220 ºC
2. Season the tenderloin with salt and pepper placing it on an oven tray
3. Drizzle some olive oil on the meat and rub the rosemary and thyme well on all sides.
4. Roast for 15 minutes, turn the tenderloin and roast for another 15 minutes.
5. Meanwhile, peel, core and slice the apples.
6. When the tenderloin is ready, cover with the apples and cook in the oven for 15-20 minutes.
7. Let stand for 5 minutes before slicing, serve and decorate with some rosemary (optional)
