Ingredients
2 pig ears
Chives
Coriander
White vinegar
Salt
Star anise
Ginger slices
Cooking wine
Soy sauce
Directions
2. Dip the pig ears in boiling water to remove the smell once again.
3. Boil a pot of water with some salt, star anise, ginger slices, a few drops of cooking wine and a little soy sauce.
4. When the water is boiling, put the treated pig ears in the water and cook them over medium heat for about 25 minutes.
5. Remove the pig ears out of water and let them cool and then cut them into thin slices. Add soy sauce, sugar, red oil, sliced chive, coriander, and sesame.
6. Place them in the refrigerator for a while and then take them out to eat.
