Ingredients
3 pork chops (boneless pork loin)
Chives and ginger
1 ½ tablespoons cooking wine
2g salt
10g curry powder
10g raw powder
50g black pepper powder
2g Chinese prickly ash
1 egg
Directions
1. Cut the chives into small pieces and slice the ginger.
2. Add cooking wine, soy sauce, salt, chives, ginger slices, raw powder, curry powder, and the egg in a cooking bowl and mix them well.
3. Dip both sides of the chops in marinade and marinate them for more than 2 hours, for improved flavour, let it marinate in the refrigerator overnight.
4. Add a proper amount of oil to the frying pan, wait until the oil temperature is about 70 degrees, and then fry the chops on the pan.
5. Sprinkle with sesame seeds and supplement with greens.
