Ingredients
5 pork chops (on the bone pork loin)
3 garlic cloves
300 ml white wine
4 tablespoons olive oil
2 tablespoons vinegar
1 tablespoon mustard
1 teaspoon sweet paprika
1 cube of stock (meat)
Salt and pepper
Directions
2. Heat a pan with the olive oil, pick the chops out from the marinade and fry the pork chops on both sides. Then remove and set aside.
3. Add the marinade to the pan, add the broth, the vinegar, and still until mixed. Include a bit of thyme and cook until it thickens.
4. Drizzle the chops with this sauce and serve them with parsley decoration (optional).
5. Optionally, accompany with fries or rice and vegetables.
