In partnership with Landers Superstore, one of the country’s leading retail chains, EU Pork, The Smart Choice carried out a retail promotion across 15 branches nationwide, bringing high-quality European pork directly to Filipino consumers.
The activity was launched with an inauguration event, where shoppers enjoyed a live cooking demonstration by a professional chef preparing various EU pork cuts available in-store. Around 50 guests attended the opening, where they were treated to two delicious main dishes and a masterclass in ham carving delivered by a skilled expert.
Throughout the promotion period, participating Landers stores showcased a wide selection of pork cuts and cold cuts, giving customers the chance to explore the diverse flavours and versatility of European pork. Product samplings were held in all stores, allowing visitors to experience the quality first-hand while learning more about the characteristics that make EU pork stand out.
More than 213,000 consumers visited the participating stores during the promotion, which successfully increased product visibility and strengthened consumer awareness of European pork in the Philippines.
