During March and April, EU pork: Excellence from Farm to Fork celebrated six masterclasses around China, to spread the knowledge about high quality and safe EU pork among chef students. These masterclasses included a theory session, and several reduced groups practical sessions, ranging from Chinese cuisine, to Western cuisine and ham carving.
