The EU Pork, the Smart Choice campaign recently made a significant impact at the Food & Hotel Vietnam Exhibition 2024, the largest and most influential food show in Vietnam. Held at the Saigon Exhibition and Convention Center from March 19th to 21st, 2024, the event attracted a substantial crowd, continuing its tradition of success from previous editions.
The campaign’s booth, located at #AK3-5, was strategically designed to showcase the diverse cuts of EU Pork and emphasize the meat’s unique characteristics. Interporc and Filporc utilized the dedicated space to educate professionals on the value-added attributes of EU pork through engaging activities and educational materials. Visitors had the opportunity to participate in small degustation sessions, led by a professional chef, where they could sample and savour the flavours of EU pork.
With a curated menu featuring four pork cuts, attendees had the chance to taste dishes such as Tenderloin roll with seaweed, Belly mixed with lemongrass and kumquats, Secreto with BBQ sauce, and Pan-seared pork ribs with apple sauce. Each dish showcased the versatility and quality of EU pork.
Making a memorable debut, this marked the first time that the EU Pork, The Smart Choice campaign participated in the Food & Hotel Vietnam Exhibition. See you again next year!
