Ho Chi Minh City is going to host the first event from the “EU Pork, the Smart Choice” promotional campaign in Vietnam.
The event will take place next 30th March in the New World Hotel and will consist of an informative session with the participation of representatives of Spain and Portugal, as well as campaign representatives Interporc and Filporc, the Spanish and Portuguese pork interprofessional associations. Attendees will be able to follow an explanation of how the campaign will be carried out, the activities and events that will take place; and insights from the Vietnamese industry where market experts will explain their vision on EU pork through a business case and a round table discussion.
This session will be followed by a cocktail and networking gathering, where attendees will be able to taste different dishes prepared with EU pork, together with ham carved on-site and various cold cuts such, everything paired with Spanish and Portuguese wine.
