From 1 to 14 November, EU Pork, The Smart Choice launched a two-week restaurant promotion in Ho Chi Minh City, bringing the exceptional quality and versatility of European pork to local diners through a partnership with four renowned venues: Madame Lam, Casa Maria, Casinha, and Clay Saigon.
The activity kicked off with an inauguration event at Madame Lam, where selected guests enjoyed an exclusive dinner curated by the restaurant’s head chef and team. The evening featured a specially designed set menu highlighting the flavours and textures of European pork, paired with fine EU wines. Each dish was introduced by the restaurant team, who explained the inspiration behind the creation and the distinctive characteristics of EU pork.
The menu for the occasion showcased a fusion of European and Vietnamese influences, including EU Pork Tenderloin Salad, Steamed Vietnamese Dumplings with Truffle Fish Sauce, Grilled EU Pork Chops Marinated in Kombucha, and EU Pork Loin with Cured Ham Wrapped in Crispy Sticky Rice, finished with a Pumpkin Flan for dessert.
Following the inauguration, the promotion continued across the four participating restaurants, each offering its own interpretation of European pork through distinctive menus that reflected their culinary identity.
- Casa Maria (15D Ngô Quang Huy, Thao Dien Ward) delighted guests with Spanish-inspired creations.
- Casinha (154 Nguyen Dinh Chieu Street, District 3) presented authentic Portuguese flavours.
- Madame Lam (10 Tran Ngoc Dien, Thao Dien) offered modern Vietnamese cuisine with European touches.
- Clay Saigon (18 Duong So 6, Thao Dien Ward, Thu Duc City) showcased contemporary dishes inspired by local ingredients and European techniques.
Through this activity, EU Pork, The Smart Choice invited consumers in Ho Chi Minh City to savour the premium quality and versatility of pork from Europe, highlighting its tenderness, safety, and suitability for both traditional and modern gastronomy.
