This campaign will run from 2023 to 2025 and includes live events such as master classes where 40 chefs per city will be taught by top experts in the field about EU pork characteristics and how to get the best taste from it, tastings where participants will enjoy different pork cuts and their perfect wine pairing, promotions in restaurants where customers can be mindful about their dish selection, participation in tradeshows to have a closer reach to importers and buyers’ missions to Europe, a first-hand approach where they will be introduced to European exporters and farms as well as culture, cuisine, cities, landscapes and traditions.
