EU Pork, The Smart Choice campaign, is delighted to announce a masterclass series offering a learning opportunity for culinary chefs across six prominent cities in China, including Guangzhou, Tianjin, Chengdu, Shanghai, Nanjing, and Wuhan.
The inaugural masterclass will be held in the city of Wuhan on May 27th. The event has been organized in collaboration with esteemed institutions known for their commitment to excellence in culinary education: Sichuan Tourism University, Omick School, and Tianjin Vocational Institute.
Each masterclass will span an entire day, providing participants with an immersive learning experience. The curriculum covers both theoretical and practical aspects of working with EU Pork.
Attendees will engage in a comprehensive theory class that will equip them with fundamental background knowledge of EU Pork.
Following the theory class, participants will have the opportunity to put their newly acquired knowledge into practice through three practical sessions: ham carving, EU pork in Chinese cuisine and in Western cuisine.
To ensure an optimal learning environment and personalized attention, the practical classes will be divided into three groups, with each group consisting of a limited number of participants. This approach will allow for focused guidance, enabling chefs to receive individualized feedback and support from the experienced tutors. The masterclasses are designed to accommodate a total of 40 chefs per session, ensuring an intimate setting that fosters interaction and collaborative learning.
