60 chef trainees from New East Cuisine Cooking School participated in the fourth and last round of 2022 masterclass series, which took place in Hefei on July 21st. For a whole day, participants learnt about the characteristics of EU Pork from Spain and Portugal through different perspectives, including a theory session and several practical classes that covered Chinese Cuisine, Western Cuisine and ham carving.
