Forty-one commensals gathered to enjoy EU pork products at Burge’s Bistro & Bar in Sanlitun, the heart of the nightlife in Beijing, on August 17th. The Opening Day lunch featured welcome drinks, a brief introduction to European pork, and a selection of delicious dishes including different pork cuts. Each dish was personally introduced by the head chef of the restaurant and the pairing with wines from Spain and Portugal was selected to fit each of his creations.
