F&B industry professionals, KOL and media agents gathered at Migas Mercado, one of the most well-known Spanish restaurants in Beijing, on last April 20th to learn about ham carving theory and technique.
Ham carving is considered a sort of art by many, the art of carving the perfect slice of a delicacy such as Spanish cured ham takes effort, training and time. Interested professionals attended this thorough training within the EU Pork, Excellence from Farm to Fork campaign to become professional ham carvers.
