The EU Pork, The Smart Choice campaign made a remarkable impression at the Food & Hotel Vietnam Exhibition 2025, Vietnam’s largest and most influential food show. Held at the International Center for Exhibition from March 18th to 20th, the event built on the success of previous editions, attracting thousands of trade visitors, exhibitors, and food professionals from across the region.
The campaign’s 60sqm booth, located at E3-01, was strategically designed to showcase the diverse cuts of EU pork and highlight the meat’s exceptional characteristics. Attendees were treated to small degustation sessions led by a professional chef from the region, offering a chance to taste the flavours and versatility of EU pork.
The booth featured a curated menu of dishes prepared using premium EU pork cuts, including:
- Sweet and Sour Spare-ribs
- Pork Presa with Fresh Cream Sauce and Dijon Mustard
- Pan-Seared Pork Collar with Garlic
- Pan-Seared Pork Secreto
Each dish demonstrated the quality, tenderness, and adaptability of EU pork, leaving a lasting impression on visitors.
