The 8th edition of the China International Import Expo (CIIE) will be held in Shanghai from November 5th to 10th.

EU Pork, The Smart Choice will take part once again, with a booth located in pavilion 8.2 (booth number: 8.2A7-01), presenting premium European pork from Spain and Portugal.

Throughout the exhibition, visitors will have the opportunity to discover the excellent taste and versatility of EU pork through live cooking demonstrations and ham carving sessions with tastings. A chef will prepare a selection of exclusive recipes specially designed for this occasion, while a professional carver will offer freshly carved samples of European ham for visitors to enjoy.

The carving sessions will take place daily from 10:00 to 15:00, and the cooking demonstrations from 11:30 to 16:30.

This edition will once again provide an excellent opportunity to experience the outstanding quality, safety, and sustainability that distinguish European pork.
