To inaugurate the upcoming restaurant promotion in Beijing, the campaign EU Pork Excellence From Farm to Fork will hold an opening event at one of the four participating restaurants, Burge’s Bistro & Bar 小伯格酒馆, located in Sanlitun, the most vivid area of the capital.
The event will take place on August 17th and will consist of a set menu of four EU Pork dishes created specially for the occasion, accompanied by EU wine pairing and an introduction of the inspiration behind each dish and the characteristics of EU Pork.
40 VIP guests, including campaign social media followers, KOLs, and media guests, will be able to taste first hand the creations of Burge’s chefs and learn more about campaign activities and the key merits of EU Pork. The head chef of the restaurant will go over the preparation process of each dish with the guests.
