On Tuesday 23rd From Farm to Fork campaign successfully inaugurated the restaurant weeks promotion in Beijing, where Beijingers can visit four selected restaurants to enjoy tasty EU pork dishes designed by the restaurants’ renown chefs.

The inauguration day took place in Miam Miam, where guests tasted the delicacies cooked from different European pork cuts, and also learned about the main characteristics of European pork, including safety, quality, animal welfare, and sustainability.
During the event, Miam Miam’s executive chef Kim Leun introduced the carefully customized European pork menu to the guests, explaining the characteristics of each European pork dish.
From the opening until April 6th, consumers in Beijing have two weeks to visit any (or all!) of the 4 well-known international restaurants participating in this promotion for a treat.
Each restaurant will take European pork as the theme, with their head chef designing a limited edition European pork menu. Consumers in Beijing will have the opportunity to taste safe and high-quality European pork from Spain and Portugal for these two weeks, do not miss out on the opportunity!
