35 professionals gathered for a tasting of EU pork products at Kempinski hotel in Beijing on July 5th. They enjoyed a set menu of three cuts of EU Pork from Spain and Portugal, while watching a live cooking demonstration of the dishes and a session on ham carving, including a demonstration and tasting.
