The last 28th March, Manila embraced the Kick-off event for the promotion campaign: EU Pork, the Smart Choice, which is funded with EU aid and counts with the participation of Interporc and Filporc, the Spanish and Portuguese pork interprofessional associations.
All the attendees had the chance to discover how this campaign is going to develop during the next three years and also could taste a variety of recipes elaborated with European pork, as well as, ham carved on-site, cold cuts like salchichon and chorizo, and a selection of Spanish and Portuguese wines.
