Eu Pork, The Smart Choice campaign’s masterclasses series has started! Witness the culinary journey of 40 chef trainees from Omick School as they take part in the first masterclass of 2023, held in Wuhan. Participants learnt about the characteristics of EU Pork from Spain and Portugal. The activity included theory and practical classes in Chinese and Western cuisines, as well as a ham carving session.
