INGREDIENTS
400 grams riblets, cut into small cubes
¼ pineapple
½ white onion
2 tomatoes
1 green pepper
3 tbsp fish sauce
50 grams sugar
10 grams salt
10 grams pepper
10 grams chicken bouillon powder
2 green onions
½ bottle of frying oil
INSTRUCTIONS
2. Heat up a pan with oil and deep-fry the ribs for 10 minutes. Set them aside.
3. In a pan, add 1 tbsp of frying oil and put in the tomatoes, pineapple, and green pepper. Cook for 2 minutes. Then, add the ribs and season them with the listed ingredients. Gently stir for about 5 minutes and transfer to a plate. Enjoy it with rice or lettuce!
