This year, China International Import Expo Exhibition will take place from November 5 to November 10 in Shanghai and we will have once again a booth representing EU Pork. This exhibition is well known internationally as it represents the opportunity to introduce to new customers outstanding products from different countries and to reconnect and meet clients from the industry that will coincide all at the same event.
Our main idea is to promote the characteristics of the pork from Spain and Portugal as a high-quality product in one of the most important stages to develop this activity in China. It has been motivating to work towards this promotion, considering that imports have experienced such significant growth
Additionally, as part of this year’s activities at the booth, we will host a ham carving presentation where the audience will have a taste of Spain, while they learn about this product and why it has such a special taste and a cooking demonstration where our main chef will cook different cuts and show the audience how to prepare for different dishes using varied techniques. It will be a booth that will be surrounded by its characteristic tasty smell that we hope will attract the audience to try and be delighted by the offerings.
