From Farm to Fork campaign will have a booth in two tradeshows in China in 2021, FMA and CIIE. Both will take place in Shanghai and hold great importance for the meat industry sector in the country.
The 6th edition of the Food, Meat and Aquatic Products trade fair (FMA) will be held in the National Exhibition and Convention Centre in Shanghai during three days on October 15-17. From Farm to Fork Campaign will participate actively in the fair with its own pavilion, located on booth number D538, with a size of 90m2 and portraying an innovative design that represents the From Farm to Fork concept.
The China International Import Expo (CIIE) will hold its fourth edition in the National Exhibition and Convention Centre in Shanghai on 5th-10th November. After a successful participation last year of the campaign last year, From Farm to Fork campaign will be present again with a pavilion located in the Food and Agricultural products Exhibition Area, with 60m2 of space to promote EU pork from Spain and Portugal.
The presence in the fairs goes beyond the pavilions, as the campaign will hold live cooking demonstrations and tasting of the four target cuts, as well as ham carving show and tasting, events that portray the value-adding features that EU pork brings to Chinese professionals.
