Meat industry professionals gathered in Chongqing on January 12th for a technical seminar on EU Pork from Spain and Portugal.
Experts explained the characteristics of EU pork, the different cuts available in the Chinese market and their key merits. A professional chef performed a cooking demonstration and tasting portions were distributed among attendees. A ham carver also took part in the event, delighting guests with a thorough explanation of the ham curing process, a demonstration of the ham carving technique, and tasting of delicious ham from Spain.
