The third qualifying round of the 2021 EU Pork cooking competition was held in Guangzhou on January 5th. 10 professional chefs coming from different restaurant and hotels in the city gathered under the supervision of three judges to cook their best creations using EU Pork from Spain and Portugal.
A variety of of dishes following Chinese, Western and fusion style competed to grasp the two positions available for the final, in which one of the chefs will be selected as EU Pork Campaign Ambassador.
