16 Professionals gathered for a ham carving training in Guangzhou on July 8th. The event was led by two professional ham carvers, who presented the theory on the art of ham carving, the process and history of ham curing in Spain and Portugal, and then taught attendees how to carve the perfect slice of ham.
Attendees enjoyed hours of practical training and a small competition using the techniques learnt, followed by a set meal featuring cured ham dishes, created by Ritz Carlton’s head Chef.
