60 chef trainees from New East Cuisine Cooking school participated in the third round of 2022 masterclass series, which took place in Guangzhou. Two expert chefs and one professional ham carver lead the participants through a series of theory and practical classes, including Chinese and Western Cuisine, as well as ham carving training.
