On April 25th, 46 local professionals gathered in Dalian City for a special tasting event at Conrad Hotel. The guests were invited to taste four specially designed dishes featuring premium cuts from European pork. The activity started with a carving demonstration where an expert showcased their talents, and some guests even tried their hand at carving. Later, there were cooking demonstrations for each dish served, including ribs, belly, loin, and collar. To top it off, a sommelier presented the best wine pairings from Spain and Portugal, enhancing the flavours of the meal.
This was a great opportunity for industry professionals to gain insights into the features of EU pork and exchange their market and experience.
