The seventh edition of the China International Import Expo (CIIE) will take place from November 5th to November 10th, 2024, at the National Exhibition and Convention Center in Shanghai, and the “EU Pork, The Smart Choice” campaign, will participate once again promoting high-quality pork from Spain and Portugal.

Visitors to the booth will have the opportunity to sample a variety of cuts, including loin, ribs, belly, collar, and Serrano ham, offering an authentic taste of the finest pork products from Europe. Chefs on-site will prepare these cuts into delicious dishes, showcasing the versatility and exceptional taste of EU pork.

A special highlight of the booth will be the daily ham carving demonstrations, where a professional carver will expertly carve a leg of Serrano ham. Visitors will not only be able to taste the freshly sliced ham but also learn about the rich history and meticulous process behind the curing and carving of Serrano ham.

Throughout the week, the campaign will provide a dynamic and engaging experience for meat industry professionals and food enthusiasts alike, reinforcing the mission of bringing high-quality European pork to the Chinese market.
