2021 EU Pork cooking competition successfully finished with the grand final in Guangzhou on January 7th. The third qualifying round took place in the same city, with 10 chefs from 5 star hotels and renown city restaurants taking part in the competition.
Participants cooked for one hour using the four selected EU Pork cuts from Spain and Portugal, belly, collar, ribs and loin, and presented the 3 judges with the following creations:

Roasted Portuguese belly with osmanthus sugar by Chen Hongxing
