Forty-eight F&B professionals gathered for a tasting of EU pork products at the very fancy Fairmont hotel in Wuhan on September 1st. The event began with an introduction to ham carving and tasting by the professional carver Andy Xiao. Afterward, they enjoyed a set menu that included each a different cut: belly, loin, ribs and collar of EU Pork from Spain while watching the live cooking demonstration by King Chen, head chef at Fairmont hotel.
