This time we will be visiting Suzhou to offer an EU Pork tasting, with the aim that the assistants deepen their knowledge about the outstanding characteristics and enjoy four different cuts of pork.
During the 2-hours event, a chef will deliver a deeper insight into the key attributes of EU pork, the characteristics of the different cuts, and the production process empathizing from farm to fork safety and quality standards, while a second chef performs a cooking demonstration of the cuts, and attendees enjoy the presentation and tasting. We will also enjoy the presence of the ham carver Andy Zhang who will talk about the art of ham curing and carving technique and provide bites of this delicacy.
